Marketing OpportunitiesNow, more than ever, the Chamber of Commerce is providing your business with a large number of marketing opportunities aimed at increasing your visibility in our ever-expanding business community. A number of these opportunities are perennial favorites such as the General Membership Luncheon and monthly flyer mail out. Many are new, such as Web site and e-newsletter advertising.

General Membership Luncheon
This monthly luncheon event is open to all Chamber members and features guest speakers with varying topics that are important to the Houma-Terrebonne area.
Sponsorship fee: $400 (one sponsor per event)
Number of events: 10 per year (February through November)
Average attendance: 150+
Benefits:  *1) One table of eight prominently placed in front of room or five minutes to address the membership from the podium *2) Opportunity to display a booth or promotional materials at event entrance 3) Opportunity to place promotional materials at every registrants' seat 4) Logo displayed on screens at event 5) Sponsor photo and logo in FOCUS, the Chamber's monthly newsletter 6) Sponsor logo with click through in e-FOCUS, the Chamber's weekly e-newsletter 7) Sponsor logo on monthly events mailer addressed to more than 1,000 business and community leaders

Business2Business Luncheon
This monthly breakfast or luncheon event's sole purpose is to offer a networking opportunity for Chamber members. Bring plenty of business cards to give out before and after the meal during the open networking sessions. Additionally, you'll get the chance to promote your company to the rest of the guests at your table. 
Sponsorship fee: $250 (up to two sponsors per event)
Number of events: 9 per year
Anticipated attendance: 50-60
Benefits: 1) Five minutes to address the event attendees 2) Two tickets to attend the event 3) Sponsor photo and logo in FOCUS, the Chamber's monthly newsletter 4) Sponsor logo with click through in e-FOCUS, the Chamber's weekly e-newsletter 5) Sponsor logo on monthly events mailer addressed to more than 1,000 business and community leaders.
Business2Business Luncheon
Member Marketplace
This quarterly event combines the business exposure of a small business expo and the networking of an After Hours event. Up to 15 businesses are allowed to spotlight their services by purchasing booth space. Event attendees are treated to food, drinks and door prizes.
Booth fee: $150
Number of events: 3-4 
Estimated attendance: 150+
Booth Benefits:  1) Recognition on event mailing announcement. 2) Recognition in all Chamber communications prior to event including monthly newsletter, weekly e-newsletter and website. 3) One table top booth space (requests for electricity must be made in advance).

E-Newsletter Advertising
The Chamber’s weekly e-newsletter, the e-Focus, is distributed to more than 2,000 subscribers. The e-Focus provides updates on the latest Chamber events, programs and activities. 
Side Column Advertising Rate: $25 per week • Ad size is 125 x 125 pixels • Ad can link to a website, e-mail address or flyer.
Article Advertising Rate: $50 per week with only one ad running per week. Advertiser can submit an ad of approximately 100 words that runs like a story in our e-newsletter. Logo can also be included and can link to a website, e-mail address or flyer.
E-Newsletter Advertising
Mailing Labels
Send your own direct mail piece directly to each Chamber member by purchasing a one-time use set of our mailing labels.
Fee: $50 per set
Number of labels: 1,000 and growing

Enhanced Web site Directory 
As a benefit of Chamber membership, your company's basic contact information including phone and fax numbers, address, e-mail address and website is posted in our interactive database for free. The Chamber also offers its online directory GOLD PACKAGE which can help you stand out from the crowd. The GOLD PACKAGE allows you to create a mini Web page for a fraction of the cost of creating an entire site. Click here to view the Chamber's enhanced listing.
Upgrade fee: $50 per year
Benefits: Your business will be displayed above any non-enhanced members in directory search results • More detailed business description • 200 character description will be added to your search results page under your name and address • Photo gallery • Add your company logo • Additional keywords - making it easier for consumers to find your company.
Enhanced Web site Directory
Web site Advertising
Let the Chamber's Web site send more business your way through online advertising. Each ad will be highly visible and can contain a click-through to your Web site, your e-mail address, an online flyer or your business' listing in our online directory.
Advertising rate: $100 per month (limited availability)
Specifications: • Ads will be placed in such prominent locations as the Chamber home age, the business directory search pages and the calendar of events page • Ad size is 480 x 60 pixels • Ad can link to either your Web site, your e-mail address, an online flyer or your business’ listing in our online directory • Chamber staff can prepare your ad.
