On Friday, December 11, 2009 from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm in front of Wal-Mart on Martin Luther King Blvd in Houma, your local radio stations C107.5, K-Rock 106.3, Oldies 96.7 & ESPN 1490, along with the Marine Corps Reserve raised $13,000.00 PLUS dollars and collected a SEMI-TRACTOR TRAILER TRUCK of TOYS. This was the 3rd Annual Toys for Tots Drive with HUGH SUCCESS! There was food, live entertainment and fun things all day.

In the evening, there was a Cajun Country Christmas Show & Dance with Waylon Thibodaux followed by Cody McCarver, where additional money and toys were raised.

Hope is the key and hope is what the Marine Corps Reserve is giving to the needy children of America through the Toys for Tots Program. It is all about our future, the children.
