The Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce has opened the nominations for the 2019 Terrebonne’s Young Achievers awards. The award, which started in 2014, is to recognize young professionals in our community under the age of 40, for their outstanding career achievements, community service impact, and their vision of what Terrebonne Parish can be.
A panel of judges will evaluate and score each nomination on information provided in the following categories: reason for nomination, professional career achievements, community involvement, and vision and future aspirations for Terrebonne Parish.
The recipients will be announced at the Chamber’s December 3rd General Membership Luncheon held at the Courtyard by Marriot.
Nominees must be ver the age of 21 and under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2019 and may be submitted by the individual or by a third party who has knowledge of the nominee. For 2019, all nominations must be submitted to the Chamber office no later than Thursday, November 7th.
