The Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce presented community awards and introduced the 2017 officers and board of directors during its 88th annual banquet Wednesday night at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.

Being bed-bound or requiring a wheelchair to move around, a person's transportation needs become more demanding and, at times, harder to cater to. For starters, the lack of sufficient ramps for wheelchairs will often times force the use of portable, folding wheelchair ramps. Gov. Edwards Announces Solutions to Stabilize Louisiana Budget
