General Membership Luncheon
This monthly luncheon event is open to all Chamber members and features guest speakers with varying topics that are important to the Houma-Terrebonne area.
Sponsorship fee: $450 (one sponsor per event)
Number of events: 11 per year (February through December)
Average attendance: 150+

This monthly luncheon event’s sole purpose is to offer a networking opportunity for Chamber members. Bring plenty of business cards to give out before and after the meal during the open networking sessions. Business After Hours
Business After Hours is a popular event among Chamber members and averages 50 attendees each month. This event is held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm for Chamber members and their employees to come out and enjoy food, drinks, and door prizes while networking. The sponsor of Business After Hours provides the location, food, beverages, and door prizes. If a member wants to sponsor the event but does not have a location large enough, you may hold the event at the Chamber office.

Lunch with the Pros
Lunch with the Pros offers members the opportunity to hear from four professionals about varying topics in order to further career goals. This event is held from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. There will be two events with an anticipated attendance of 40 max due to the format of the event. There are two type of sponsors available for this event:

Workplace Wellness Expo
This annual event combines the business exposure of a small business expo and the networking of an After Hours event. Businesses are allowed to spotlight their services by purchasing booth space. Event attendees are treated to food, drinks and door prizes.
Chamber Member booth fee: $75

Estimated attendance: 75+
Booth Benefits: 1) Recognition on event mailing announcement. 2) Recognition in all Chamber communications prior to event including monthly newsletter, weekly e-newsletter and website. 3) One tabletop booth space (requests for electricity must be made in advance).
The Chamber’s weekly e-newsletter, the e-Focus, is distributed to more than 1,500 subscribers. The e-Focus provides updates on the latest Chamber events, programs, and activities. Ads can be created by the Chamber staff.
Side Column Advertising Rate: $25 per week • Ad can link to a website, e-mail address or flyer.
Article Advertising Rate: $50 per week with only one ad running per week. Advertiser can submit an ad of approximately 100 words that runs like a story in our e-newsletter. Logo can also be included and can link to a website, e-mail address or flyer.

Let the Chamber’s Web site send more business your way through online advertising. Each ad will be highly visible and can contain a click-through to your Web site, your e-mail address, an online flyer or your business’ listing in our online directory.
Advertising rate: $50 per month
Specifications: Ads will be placed in a prominent location on the Chamber home page, the business directory search pages and/or the calendar of events page. Ad can link to either your website, your e-mail address, an online flyer or your business’ listing in our online directory. Chamber staff can create your ad.
Homepage Big Banner: $250 per month
Specifications: Add will be placed on the largest and most prominent location on the homepage. Ad includes a clickthrough and, if need be, Chamber staff can create your ad.
